中國科學院西雙版納熱帶植物園（以下簡稱“版納植物園”）是隸屬于中國科學院的綜合性研究機構，立足中國熱帶，面向我國西南地區和東南亞國家，開展以森林生態學、資源植物學和保護生物學為主要研究方向的科學研究、物種保存和科普教育，促進生物多樣性保護和可持續發展。版納植物園設有中國科學院熱帶森林生態學重點實驗室、中國科學院熱帶植物資源可持續利用重點實驗室、綜合保護中心3個研究單元42個研究組，建有公共技術中心、科技信息中心、中國科學院西雙版納熱帶雨林生態系統研究站（云南省勐臘縣）、中國科學院哀牢山森林生態系統研究站（云南省景東縣）、西雙版納熱帶植物園元江干熱河谷生態站（云南省元江縣）、標本館、種子庫、作物保護與育種基地等科研支撐單元以及中國植物園聯合保護計劃、中國科學院東南亞生物多樣性研究中心兩個跨所聯盟辦公室。版納植物園目前收集活植物13,000 多種，建有38個植物專類園區，保存有一片面積約250公頃的原始熱帶雨林，是我國面積最大、收集物種最豐富、植物專類園區最多的植物園，也是世界上戶外保存植物種數和向公眾展示的植物類群數最多的植物園。 

　　版納植物園以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，按照中國科學院“四個率先”和“兩加快一努力”要求，已完成科研項目1400 余項，取得國家級、省部級成果獎勵110余項，發表學術論文4700余篇，申請專利170余項，授權專利110余項，主編出版專著近50余部。與國內120多個植物園、大學以及國際上50多個國家（地區、國際組織）建立了廣泛的交流與合作，國內外影響不斷擴大。 

　　版納植物園生物學博士后科研流動站于2003年10月經國家人事部批準設立，生態學省級博士后科研流動站于2022年11月經云南省人力資源和社會保障廳批準設立，可招收包括國家博士后、省級博士后、師資博士后、項目博士后、聯合招收博士后等多種類型博士后研究人員。流動站招收管理堅持“公開、平等、競爭、擇優”的原則，依托完備的研究平臺和優秀的合作導師隊伍，注重提升培養質量，為博士后研究人員的科研和生活提供充足的保障和支撐。博士后研究人員的培養工作取得明顯成效，一批在站博士后研究人員獲得國家自然科學基金、博士后創新人才支持計劃、博士后國際交流計劃、中國博士后科學基金、中國科協“青年人才托舉工程”、中國科學院特別研究助理資助項目、中國科學院國際人才計劃、云南省博士后定向培養資助、云南省博士后科研基金等項目和獎項資助，為版納植物園、云南省、其他地區培養和輸送了一批優秀的出站博士后研究人員。 

　　根據科研工作需要，版納植物園生物學博士后科研流動站和生態學省級博士后科研流動站面向國內外公開招聘博士后研究人員。本招聘啟事長期有效，動態更新。歡迎有志青年應聘，全年均可申請進站。 

　　一、應聘條件 

　　1. 在國內外知名大學、科研院所即將畢業的博士研究生或獲博士學位未滿3年人員，年齡一般應在35周歲以下，品學兼優，身體健康。 

　　2. 具有良好的政治思想素質和思想道德水平，遵紀守法，無不良記錄；有強烈的事業心和責任心，對科研有濃厚興趣并具備獨立從事科研工作的能力。 

　　3. 具有生物學、生態學及相關專業知識背景，英語水平好。

　　1．版納植物園為每位博士后研究人員提供20萬元科研經費補貼，工資按照國家、中科院和版納植物園有關政策執行稅前不低于20萬元/年的協議工資，參加專業技術職稱評審，享受住房公積金及社會保險等相關福利待遇。根據工作業績可獲得相應科研獎勵。 

　　2．支持申請國家、中國科學院、云南省各類科研項目、人才計劃和優秀成果獎勵。 

　　3．優秀博士后期滿出站后，優先參加版納植物園編制崗位競聘并享受人才引進政策。

Calls for Postdoctoral Fellows in XTBG, CAS

Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is one of the most prestigious tropical botanical gardens in China and a modern and international institution committed to provide a quality learning environment for its students and the community. With Yunnan Province as its focal working area, XTBG probes into the impact of human activities and climate change on ecosystem structures and services as well as the endangerment mechanisms of species. Effective conservation, sustainable development and the utilization of biological resources are the primary goals of XTBG. Its scientific research focuses on Forest Ecosystem Ecology, Conservation Biology and Resource Plant Development.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Major in Ecology, Biology or related fields. Have a PhD degree within 3 years of applying, and be in good health. The candidate should be under the age of 35 for first-time postdoctoral research applicants.

2. The candidate should abide by the PCR laws and have no criminal records; have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, a strong interest in scientific research and the ability in scientific research independently.

3. Strong English skills are an advantage.

BENEFITS

1．XTBG will provide a research start-up fund 200,000 RMB to each post doctor. The annual salary of post-doctoral fellow is 200,000 RMB to 300,000 RMB.
